With stunning graphics, compelling puzzles, and freedom to tackle challenges in multiple ways, it’s a must-play for fans of the adventure genre.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Why It’s Great: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is an OLD SCHOOL competitive racer, in the style of Nintendo. Oh well, its the definitive edition, includes all the DLC from the wii u version and new characters. It has the best go karts and tracks and modes and its so much fun to play multiplayer with family and friends with up to 4 players or over the internet.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Why It’s Great: Something more mellow like Animal Crossing: New Horizons. They get to make and build their own island paradise and get to meet and make friends with the cute characters and also there are seasonal events. It has a good tempo and social value, something appealing to the casual and hardcore gamer, It is a pure classic.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Genre: Fighting, Multiplayer
Why It’s Great: And super smash bros with what 80 something characters from nearly every series. Ultimate offers endless replay ability. It has fast fighting, multiplayer, strategic depth, its the new beer pong and it has online play for the try hard. A must for fans of crossover games.
Splatoon 3

Why It’s Great: It is a weird game but at the same time it is cool, it is basically a kid version of an ink shooter and Splatoon 3 will be even more awesome. But with better crisper graphics, more customization, and a more precise game play, all the players jump into a free for all brawl, all for the sake of spreading their teams color over as much territory as possible. There’s also a single-player campaign and a co-op mode.
Metroid Dread

Why It’s Great: Good action-adventure game, Metroid dread, after waiting for years for another Metroid, has a sweet sci-fi feel to it. It has a lot of different paths that the story can take based on choices that the player makes so it should be a unique experience and strategy/RPG fans should enjoy it.
Hades

Why It’s Great: IGF award winning indie game that combines Greek mythology and hack and slash in frenetic pace. Players control Zagreus, son of Hades, as he attempts to escape the Underworld. HADES is a good game, and it has great replay ability, and a good story, it’s so beautiful and it runs off the switch nicely.
Luigi’s Mansion 3

Why It’s Great: Luigi’s Mansion 3 is one of the more fun games that the Switch has to provide from its ghost catching aspect to its cute looking graphics. It’s a game where Luigi has to save his friends who are stuck in a haunted hotel, it has puzzles, atmospheric environments, humor and is appropriate for all ages.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3

Why It’s Great: Stardew Valley is a relaxing farming simulator in which the player can grow crops, take care of animals, and meet the people who live in a nearby small town. Addicting game to just sit and play and relax and the pixel graphics are so homey.

Why It’s Great: Celeste, last years sweetheart with its sadistic platforming and heart warming story. Players help a girl climb a treacherous mountain, but must also conquer her inner conflicts. It has uncomplex controls, pwning graphics, and a genuine inspirational story, and that is why it is so great.
